Check out this incredibly awesome realistic, life-size, animatronic baby Tyrannosaurus Rex costume. It was created by the magicians at 3dwizart. Measuing 16 feet long and weighing 53 lbs, the costume is made of durable rigid rubber, high density foam, aluminium and fiberglass. Cable animatronic mechanisms control smooth movement of the mouth, eyes, and neck. We know Godzilla isn’t a T. Rex, but this costume almost demands to be worn while stomping all over miniature cities and making ferocious dino sounds.

Watch video of the costume in action here.

There is something endearing about such an impressively realistic costume that leaves the human legs of the wearer/operator visible.

Like so many others, my page will be overrun with all (or most) things Halloween this season.

Will kick things off with three costumes I’ve worn in the past year. David Bowie for last year’s Halloween, April O’Neil and Zombie Dark Phoenix during Comic-Con.

Three potential outfits for this year’s festivities. Also contemplating creating a couple new ones.

Judy here! I’ve got my recap from Dragon*Con up and ready for your viewing pleasure with tons of photos of amazing Cosplay & Costuming from throughout the convention. This year was stellar on so many levels, especially with the Marvel Universe Gathering having over 300 costumers AND a wedding!

You ready? Well head over to my Blog for all the epic photos!

This might just be me, but the costumes as Dragon*Con always seem to impress me more than SDCC. Granted I’ve never attended the former, but I saw VERY few impressive outfits after attending the latter this year

With the new haircut comes two potential costumes guaranteed to be legendary.

David Bowie ala Labyrinth (with or without the glaringly obvious *cough* appendage?)

One half of the Goth Detective Agency aka Russell Brand and Noel Fielding. If, for some reason, I’m still in Minnesota by the time Halloween comes to town, I already have my partner.

So many awesome Halloween possibilities.
