Let us not forget him in The Incredible Hulk meets Thor from the late 60’s.

I always get a little chill when seeing this flash on a movie screen

Ahh, the (potentially intentional) comic book throwback!
For those not in the loop, in the comics (and I don’t consider this spoiler material considering it most likely won’t happen in the movie and the comic is from 1973), Gwen Stacy gets thrown over a bridge by the Green Goblin only to have Spider-man shoot a web and catch her. But rather than saving her, Gwen Stacy dies. Leaving the ever-burning (and never resolved question): did Gwen Stacy have a chance? It was determined that her neck was snapped due to the sudden whiplash of getting “saved” by Spider-man. But could she really have survived getting thrown off the Brooklyn Bridge?
*shrug* My mind instantly went to this classic Spider-man moment when looking at these GIFs.

Stan Lee Dishes On Cameo In The AvengersAnd Praises Director Joss Whedon!
“Oh, He’s wonderful, I was watching him direct. He knows just what to do, he knows just how to do it. He doesn’t get flustered. Hes good with the actors, hes good with the technicians; hes just a good guy. I was very impressed with him; I’ve always been, but seeing him in action that way. It’s one of the reasons that the movie is gonna do so well.
There was only one thing - when I was doing my cameo for The Avengers, after the third take, he asked could I take off my glasses because somehow the flash of the floodlights were hitting the lens and there was a glare. So I did my cameo without wearing my glasses - so the chances are you won’t even recognize me. That was the only decision he made that I felt should’n’t have made (laughs) He should’ve fixed the lights.
I can’t talk about [the cameo], but I can tell you it is a very funny cameo - probably the funniest line that I’ve had to say yet. And I say it to Captain America. You may notice with my cameos, they don’t like me to do my cameo with the stars, because the star doesn’t need that much competition (laughing). But this time Captain America was fierce and went along with it.”

Life Plan from poorly drawn lines
It’s a good thing I already learned all the sciences.
Pretty much. I sometimes forget that “super-hero” is not an actual career
